Pomona, CA, October 9, 1995 - A double-sided 9090 Series Universal Grid Test System was recently installed at Motorola's new Pioneer Road facility located in Singapore. The 9090 test system's high throughput, multi-image testing capability, fixture options for close center testing, ease of fixture build, low maintenance and ease of operation were all cited as key factors in the purchasing decision.

The 9090 Series Grid Test System features a C-frame design which permits faster board handling and reduced mechanical time for higher test throughput. The modular design accommodates upgrade options such as the HyperSort" unloader/sorter.
