POMONA, CA, March 11, 1997 -- Everett Charles Technologies (ECT), a leading manufacturer of bare and loaded PCB test fixtures, pogo contacts, and bare board automated test equipment (ATE), announces the addition of Luther & Maelzer GmbH (Wunstorf, Germany) to its recently formed "Partnership In Test" which also includes Bath Scientific Ltd. (Melksham, UK). Established in 1972, Luther & Maelzer specializes in high volume, bare board ATE.

Falko de Gruyter, Managing Director of Luther & Maelzer GmbH since 1993, will continue in the same capacity. Martin Maelzer, founder of Luther & Maelzer, will remain active in the business and assist in product development and the future business direction. Luther & Maelzer will continue to develop and expand its specialized product line within the partnership, while supplementing the full spectrum of partnership products to the worldwide market.
