POMONA, Calif., November1, 1997 Hitachi, General Purpose Computer Division, located in Kanakawa, Japan, has purchased a LinearProbe II test system from Bath Scientific (BSL). The system was chosen for its ability to test fine line and multi-layer PCBs. This system their fourth LinearProbe II test system
