HARBOR ELECTRONICS JOINS EVERETT CHARLES TECHNOLOGIES

Pomona, CA, September 8, 2005 – Executives and shareholders of Santa Clara, CA based Harbor Electronics Inc., a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards for semiconductor test applications, announced a strategic decision to join Everett Charles Technologies (ECT). ECT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dover Technologies and Dover Corporation, a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Harbor Vice President Tim McNulty has been appointed to the position of President of ECT's Semiconductor Test Group (STG) responsible for the existing STG-MN (St. Paul) and STG-AZ (Tempe) operations, in addition to Harbor Electronics.

Commenting on the move McNulty said, “Harbor's consistent growth over the past ten years is a result of our forward-looking management team and the investment commitment to follow our prescribed path. Our roadmap for continued growth and expansion motivated us to pursue the means via the additional financial and technical resources that this transaction affords us. The strategic integration of Harbor and STG, combined with the financial resources of Dover ($5.4 billion sales in 2004), will enhance our ability to provide products and services that meet our customers' demand for innovative and integrated test solutions.”

Pat Flynn, President of Everett Charles Technologies, comments, “Harbor has established a leading position in their market and we are convinced this trend will continue. Harbor's advanced pcb manufacturing capabilities and capacity complements our existing test socket, performance board, and IC handler product lines and augments STG's leadership position in this segment of the semiconductor test industry. This transaction serves as another indicator to our global customer base that STG is committed to providing local support, wherever they do business, with world class products and services. Harbor has a proven, talented management team that will continue to operate under McNulty's leadership as they have in the past.”
