The decision was based on projected market demands and optimises all entities performance, in better serving their customers.

In the Guangdong Province, sales and service will continue to be offered by WKK's operations Shenzhen office. In the Shanghai and Beijing areas, ECT and atg will set up a wholly owned company for sales, service, fixture building, and applications support.
