Pomona, California, January 13, 1998 Everett Charles Technologies of Pomona, California, announces the purchase today of ATE, located in San Jose, California. ATE is a major manufacturer with 17 years experience in custom test fixtures and programming services for testing loaded printed circuit boards. ATE will relocate, and merge with ECTs Test Fixture operation, also located in San Jose. One of the original founders, Donald Wexler, CEO, with 27 years of ICT Fixture and software expertise, will remain with ECT as a consultant. "Incorporating ATE into our existing Test Fixture operation will provide ECT with the capability to better serve our existing customers and give us the resources to expand in Northern California.
