POMONA, Calif., December 16, 1998 - Everett Charles Technologies (ECT) has added increased bandwidth performance to its line of coaxial probes. The enhanced coaxial probe line will debut in the USA at NEPCON WEST 99. Designed for a variety of high frequency and mobile telecom applications, the ECT K-50 product line features reliable, repeatable performance up to 3 GHz in custom or standard configurations.

The precisely controlled physical and electrical characteristics of the coaxial probe line make them ideal port-extending accessories for network analyzers and time domain reflectometers. Featuring spring probes in an open architecture format to accommodate a wide range of physical circuit topologies, K-50 coaxial probes alleviate the need for special geometry contact pads on the circuit under test.

Everett Charles Technologies is a leading manufacturer of bare board ATE, POGOŽ contacts, and bare and loaded PCB test fixtures for the electronics industry.
