ScanMan provides 100% electrical test of flip chip substrates for signal as well as power and ground nets. Utilizing the same monitor and database as the ScanMan tester, the fully integrated automation add on module easily slides into place in minutes. System efficiency and throughput are enhanced by continuous operation during board load and unload. Automation can be quickly interrupted for fixture debug, maintenance or to revert to manual operation in a matter of seconds with no setup time required to reattach.
