MagicSuite" Software Upgrade Announced By Everett Charles Technologies
Pomona, California, October 22, 2001 - Everett Charles Technologies introduces powerful new features in it's MagicSuite 5.3 software release. Upgrade additions such as improved support for combination Grid and Prober test, the addition of automatic and/or manual control of test coverage, and comprehensive on-line help, continue to advance the capability of this powerful software tool. MagicSuite 5.3 also features expanded support for atg testers to include Exaline Series 1 and larger format automated testers, as well as MD4 quad density grid.
The powerful Windows® NT programs are offered in two versions: MAGIC SUITE ValuGrid® for ECT and atg testers and MAGIC SUITE" Universal for other test platforms. The Universal package customizes fixtures for specific ATE models and guides the designer through user-configurable automatic processing steps. This program also creates fixtures for special-purpose systems including dedicated and hybrid grid technologies. MAGICSUITE ValuGrid serves to develop fixtures and test strategies for ECT testers or systems from atg. The ValuGrid program facilitates cutting-edge fixture/tester performance through its tight integration of test data, fixtures and equipment - all from a single industry resource.
