Zeus Probe Plate Concept Universal Grid | |||

The Zeus wireless test fixture merges rigid pin and dedicated fixturing technologies to test bare or loaded boards on most test systems with high density sping probe test interfaces. By isolating the universal grid field from the UUT, this fixturing technology is applicable to the most delicate substrates. Zeus is a bare board vehicle for micro ball grid arrays and other damge sensitive products. In loaded board test, Zeus fixture technology has been primarily used to test back panels, particularly product employing fine pinned, high density modem connectors. Even the most dense back panels can be fixtures without wires and without pin damage. Zeus could also be adapted to test daughter cards. |
