Senior Benefits Administrator


In this position, you will develop a reputation for outstanding customer service while administering and communicating company policy/plans to our employees nationwide.  The core areas of this job revolves around group insurance, 401(k), HRIS, unemployment insurance, terminations, workers’ compensation, new hire orientations, leave of absences. 

Additional Responsibilities include:











This opportunity requires a bachelor’s degree, along with three to five years’ corporate experience.  A background in multi-site, multi-state HR admin is preferred, as are strong customer service skills.  You must possess excellent communication skills and a proficiency in Ceridian’s Source 550 HRIS and Microsoft Excel in order to use both together to produce reports and perform analysis.
