JOB TITLE: CAP Associate

I. BASIC FUNCTION
   Reporting to the Operations Manager or Special Products Manager, process customer orders utilizing CAP. Provide support to customers and manufacturing department.

II. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    High school graduate. A.S. degree in a technical field with one year fixture experience or related manufacturing equivalent. Computer experience beneficial.

III. RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Analyze customer material and processes manufacturing package utilizing CAP. Process customer orders; prepares invoices and statements.

B. Design Level 1 fixture builds; support manufacturing.

C. Act as customer/sales force liaison; coordinate with other functions as necessary.

D. Organize and maintain reference files; maintain CAP database capabilities.L

E. Maintain knowledge of the status of orders to communicate with customers and the sales force.

F. Coordinate customer credit rating with Accounting and assure that limits are not exceeded in placing orders.

IV. STANDARD ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
