Position : Administrative Assistant

In this fast-paced role, you will use your multi-tasking skills to support our Accounts Receivable department, as well as provide relief for the Reception Desk during breaks. The candidates we seek will have at least 2 years of general office experience, ideally with a background in or exposure to accounting functions. You’ll also need excellent PC-based computer skills with overall proficiency in MS Office and great Word and Excel abilities. A professional demeanor is a must and strong interpersonal communication and phone skills are essential. The ability to be flexible in a high-energy environment will be key in your success and a high school diploma will round out your qualifications.
