Lamination Operator I
As a key member of our Semiconductor Test Group, you will perform all aspects of printed circuit board lamination (lamination lay-up, press, shear and edge clean), following proper product specifications. You will read and apply fabrication drawings to the lamination process; identify discrepancies; report any equipment, process or product deviations to the supervisor and to process engineering; assist in correcting issues; and maintain cleanliness of the lamination area. We’ll expect you to be proficient in at least one primary task in the department, and you may be asked to train others.
The candidates we seek will have 1-5 years experience in lamination or a related printed circuit board function; the ability to read blueprints for printed circuit boards; knowledge of micrometers; and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Strong math skills; the ability to read and follow manuals; and the ability to write routine reports are all essential. Finally, you must be comfortable spending long periods of time on your feet (the full shift if needed) and be able to lift over 50 pounds.
