Plating Operator II
As an experienced Plater, you will perform all functions for electroplating copper, nickel and gold including developing, etching, stripping and oxidizing panels. You will also maintain the work area using chemical processes and high speed pressure equipment, and operate direct plate line, including tape and de-tape of parts-in process, loading racks in plating tanks and setting proper amperage for various products.
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have previous hands-on experience in a chemical environment with at least one plating process, a HS diploma (or equivalent) and 1-3 years’ related work experience, ideally with print circuit boards. Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to lift heavy objects are essential. English communication skills (verbal/written) are required. Experience with microelectronics is a definite plus.
