As a key member of our Semiconductor Test Group based in Singapore, you will have responsibility for identifying new business opportunities in Shanghai, China. You will gather information; present ECT product and performance information; and provide proposals and quotes. This will involve identifying new prospects as well as further developing relationships of existing customers. For business wins, you will follow and control the project schedule through design, manufacture, shipment and payment.
In your first year with ECT, you will be expected to develop a minimum of $250,000 in new sales; obtain 3 new board and 3 new contact customers; and develop a comprehensive and strategic business plan for growing business in South China.
The candidates we seek will have a minimum of 3 years outside sales experience in a similar industry, combined with a minimum of a Bachelorís degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. Accomplished business development abilities are essential, with a proven track record of continually meeting or exceeding quotas/sales objectives. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills are a must and knowledge of the regional market is essential. Our ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, sales skills and strategic thinking ability.
