Job Description
As a Fixture Assembler, you will use your knowledge of tools and your mechanical aptitude to assemble a variety of semiconductor test components. As your knowledge of our systems and requirements increases, we will expect you to take on greater responsibility. Initially, you will complete the assembly of bare board text fixtures; then you will complete the assembly of Zeus bare board fixtures. Finally, you will move on to complete quality control testing of level 1 and 2 fixtures and perform basic troubleshooting. After 16 weeks on the job, we’ll expect you to be proficient performing all phases of bare board and backplane fixture production.
The candidates we seek will have some prior related work experience or training, a working knowledge of a wide variety of tools (including drills, sanders, torque screwdrivers, saws, and presses), along with the ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and scales. A HS diploma (or equivalent) is required. Good English and communication skills are essential.
