Reporting to the General Manager and/or Operations Manager, you will supervise one or more manufacturing departments directly involved with the assembly, wire wrap, drilling of machining of ECTís unique and innovative product line. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the ECT quality system with daily activities ranging from managing the purchase of materials to overseeing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions for inbound materials. Other duties will consist of updating inventory on the AS400 and maintaining CAP work-in-process database for accurate monthly reporting.
The Materials Planner role requires 3 to 5 years experience with related manufacturing activities, as well as supervisory experience. An Associates Degree in a related field is required. The ability to think independently and see well beyond the immediate task at hand is absolutely essential. Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment should aide in your success.
